Head's up! Canada Post work stoppage might affect your Label order.

Update (11:30 AM 08/26/2016)

The Canada Post Labor Dispute has once again heated up, and it is possible that there will be some kind of work action by the Union side before Monday.  We are recommending you select FedEx shipping for any Label-only orders to ensure delivery.

Update (5:00 PM 07/11/2016)
At this time Canada Post regular mail is moving as normal, and there are no outstanding lock-out or strike notices. We are currently offering the Free Shipping of Label-only orders via Canada Post lettermail. We will be watching this situation carefully, so as to not have anyone’s order trapped in transit in the event of a breakdown in talks.   We still recommend choosing the FedEx Ground option if your order is urgent, as we cannot guarantee the Canada Post situation.

Most of our orders ship via FedEx ground, and the timing and delivery of these orders should not be affected by a lock out at Canada Post.

However, any name-label-only orders are usually shipped out free of charge via Canada Post lettermail.  At this time, (and until the labour dispute is settled) we will not be offering the Canada Post option for label-only orders.  We don't want your labels to be super delayed, or even lost in the mail!

If you need iron-on or stick-on labels, and are close enough to the store to make the trip practical, we recommend dropping in. The staff will print the labels you need on the spot in about 45 seconds.

If your label need is urgent, we also offer FedEx Ground service for a reasonable flat rate: $12.99 within Canada, $19.99 into the U.S.

Here's hoping the folks over at Canada Post can get their differences settled soon and then we can get back to sending your labels by mail, free of charge.
